I recently assisted my mom with purchasing a used vehicle from Precision Auto Group, and based on my experience buying and managing vehicles, I wanted to share my perspective. I’ve purchased many cars over the years, both personally and professionally, so I tend to approach these situations with a critical eye.
What stood out to me most was the level of customer service. From my experience, smaller dealerships can sometimes feel questionable, but that wasn’t the case here. The owner seems to genuinely care about providing a positive experience, and he was straightforward and accommodating throughout the process. While I can’t speak to the quality of every vehicle on the lot, it did seem like he takes pride in the cars he sells and wants to make sure buyers leave satisfied.
During the test drive, the only issue I noticed was the right blinker not working, which I assumed was just a burnt-out bulb. I asked if he could replace it, and he took care of it right away something I really appreciated, since minor issues can sometimes turn into a bigger problem. There was also a crack in the taillight, which wasn’t a dealbreaker for me, but my mom wanted it fixed. Without hesitation, he ordered a replacement and said he’d install it, which spoke to his willingness to ensure customer satisfaction.
Since this wasn’t a purchase for myself, I didn’t do an in depth market analysis on pricing, but from what I do know, it seemed fair. If anything changes, I’ll update this review, but as of now, I’d definitely consider returning in the future based on the service alone.
For anyone looking for a used car, if good customer service is a priority for you, this is a place worth checking out.
