I've been to this location multiple times, but I have to say, this most recent visit I was very unimpressed. The store was crowded. My primary purpose for this visit was to adopt a bird. The birdcages were incredibly dusty, not to mention small and overpriced (I got a 24"x10x15" cage for $60 and later purchased a 21"x21"x58" cage for the same price). The cage I got had rat droppings in it, and looked like it hadn't been touched in years. Moving on, the birds themselves: while they appear healthy at first, do not be fooled. I purchased two Red-Rump Grass Parakeets (which were incorrectly labelled as turquoisine grass Parakeets, btw), who appeared to be healthy. Two days afterwards, one of them died of pneumonia that she picked up at the store. The other seems to be doing okay, but it's impossible to know until we get a vet to check him out. And they have a "no refunds no returns" policy, so if your animal is sick or dies, you get nothing back. This store is definitely not someplace you want to get an animal from. I will not be returning.
