Unfortunately , the bike I really wanted wasn’t functioning properly and since there were only two people working in the store,fixing it wasn’t really an option . So ( I think his name is Tye ) said he would give me a deal on a different bike. The bike was a little big - I am 5’2 and the bike is a 19 … I usually ride a 17 but since I am just here for a month or two I bought it. I also purchased a helmet , lock and lights. The next day I rode my bike to the store , came out and the lock would not open. I had opened and closed this lock at least 4 times prior but now no luck. The back tire was also flat. I hadn’t looked that close at the tires the day before , but I could see where the sidewall was toast . So note to self double check tires !! I called the store hoping they knew a secret to opening the lock . Then I could just go and get new tubes etc. even though there was just two people working, they found the time to come down ( I was about 2 miles away ) cut the lock and replace the tube. I was surprised ,I was just hoping that they would cut the lock !! Thanks !!🙏
