Convenient location, but very filthy. Good selection of snacks and drinks. The first self-checkout I’ve seen in a gas station. Good pizza. Plenty of tables to sit for a minute. Not a lot of pumps. They just need to do some serious cleaning!

This coffee machine has been broken for at least two months. I reported it to the employee on duty the first time and this time. Anna was the employee this time and she said that this problem is known to management but nothing has been done. I told her that the coffee was hot and this is dangerous because it splashes and pours out. Also it gets on people's clothes. She said that Pilot won't allow them to put up a warning sign. Be careful ppl. This Pilot is DANGEROUS!!! I wonder what else is behind the scenes? 🤔
2 MONTHS LATER...
Well, it's been fixed. Finally! It's now safe to get hot coffee using this machine. 🌟👍

One of the best Pilot truck stops I've been to. It was the lunch rush hour on a Friday and they did an amazing job of multi-tasking, dealing with all of the truckers. Courteous, helpful, and patient.
The Wendy's also has an incredible team of employees who probably never get enough credit. They managed a line of cars like 8 deep and did so flawlessly while still handling customers inside.
If only ALL of them across the country were this way! Kudos.

Sneak thieves! Why does Pilot always make a separate false charge of $151 on top of my fuel purchase? Used Pilot here and one other time in Oregon. Is it so they can collect interest for the day or two that they claim that your money is theirs. Tried to call the store and the corporate number my credit card gave me. Nobody answers at the store because it always a busy signal and the corporate number is non-existent

I waited an hour for a shower the handicap just to find out that the non-speaking English lady cleaning the showers had already cleaned it and it was ready to go. I go in there in the shower head. Is busted missing. The lady behind the counter at the front desk for the fuel desk extremely rude. Walked around the store. Talked to a cup of coworkers. Did nothing for the entire hour. Refuse to check on my shower. Worst experience ever and I will refuse a fuel here for now. This place needs to be reported to the better Business bureau. What's the point in having a handicap if it's always busted
