I was very clear in asking multiple ways whether they do the work at their Lafayette store or if they ship it to another location. They repeatedly told my husband and I that they did all work in the Lafayette store so we purchased the plans. Then when we took our photos in we found out that everything is shipped to So Cal and it would be at least 3-4 months before we might get anything back and that was iffy. We asked for a refund and were told that it would take a few weeks to a month to process and put back on our credit card. At that point we filed a complaint with our credit card company who got our money back. In the meantime we receive calls about once a month from this place saying that we have a credit on account and to bring our photos in. I have asked repeatedly to be put on their do not call list but I keep getting the calls. I can't imagine how this place is still in business.
