Now key, I’m visiting in-laws…I ain’t from Memphis. And somehow I get water in my phone. Google recommended Wireless City, so I got to Wireless City and were they close 30 mins before the time google had. The next store that was recommended was 5 miles the opposite way of where I needed to be. 5 miles is A LOT in Memphis traffic yall, Especially with no phone, but M97 don’t sound like no radio station, that’s a Spotify playlist with no skips. So, I leave Wireless City, on the straight thinking about what I was going to do. So I’m just driving and about less than a mile on the right I see a “Phone Express”.
So I get in Phone Express and they had some music playing. So I catch the back end of one song and the beginning of another song and I’m trying to learn the lyrics on the spot so I can remember it because I can’t Shazam them! So I knew I was going to buy a phone today.
I know he could have fixed my phone the same day if I wanted but mane I ain’t got the time and this is not the place lol. I ain’t from here, it’s getting dim outside, do you have a iPhone for sale, if you do let me get that and I’ll be out the way. His name was Daniel, he gave me a phone and a case, and I do mean gave because for the price and the customer service he had it felt more like an experience than a purchase. I have two lines on my phone he transferred both of them in less than 10 minutes. I also got a good charger out of the deal. People like that you have to take care of them. I had the ultimate customer experience at Phone Express. As far as Daniel , the ultimate professional, a real nice aura, good ear for music and he takes care of the customer. He gone get you together. Pay that man.
