Placed an order online for pickup for several 36inch hoops online, came in to pick them up and they gave me 30inch hoops and I showed them my receipt clearly stating the size of the hoop and they told me that’s not what I paid for and argued with me for 10 minutes even after I showed them the receipt and physically compared the 30 and 36 inch hoops for size to coincide with the receipt and online purchasing options. then they told me to go stand over by the hula hoops and someone would help me exchange them but no one ever came. Eventually went back to register, had the Sam discussion with a second person and asked her for a refund. So she sent me to get in a long line of people and wait for the next available cashier to help me. Employees not only have terrible customer service, they clearly don’t know how measurements work.
