Read MoreI really want to rate this place higher, we can use Party City for so many years but it just keeps getting worse and worse. They do offer free delivery with balloons which we thought was a great idea. Unfortunately we did not receive what we ordered, the delivery driver apparently did not speak English and delivered our order somewhere else. It's just frustrating when you set something out that is supposed to reduce the stress and all it does is make them more stressful. I don't know what we'll do next time but I would definitely not recommend having balloon delivered, it's definitely safer to just go pick them up yourself.
All 3 of my recent visits have been difficult and I'm certain that they don't care. There's been only one register opens, no one to help with balloons. At one point I had someone helping me but she was by herself, so she walked over to the register to help check out the three people there, but the line kept growing and a manager did come up but didn't offer to help. After 45 minutes of waiting I finally just left the store.
And like I said, this was three visits of similar service. If you have plenty of time to waste and don't need any help, they do have a nice variety of party supplies. Perhaps consider ordering online and picking up at the store.
