We have three kids age now 4-9 and every birthday we have been getting their balloons from this store. We preorder online, pay and come on the scheduled day to pick them up.
It is always business as usual with friendly service.
But this time I accidentally forgot to click to have one of the balloon sets inflated. So a few days ago a friendly sounding young lady called my cell phone and let me know. She asked if I did want them inflated and said she would make sure everything was in order.
I just want to say that given our culture and how weird things are right now, I always just expect bad service everywhere. When I get average service it stands out nowadays. And I am not demanding. I'm an easy customer.
When she called to correct this mistake on my part, I really appreciated that. My oldest son would have been disappointed if we got there and his main balloons were not ready. Maybe he wouldn't, lol, I don't know but still, I just thought that was really nice of her to pay attention like that and notice my mistake and double check it.
Thank you guys for taking that extra little step and making sure we were taken care of. It meant a lot and saved the day. This was just confirmation that we go to the right spot for our balloons and birthday party needs. Thanks again! See you next birthday party!
