I visited 12/5, morning time. I needed some balloons blown of my own. There were two employees working the front. I can say Becky was very helpful and kind. One of three of the balloons broke, and Becky offered to replace it with another at no additional cost. I was devastated, no doubt about that, but I had a color scheme going, and it wouldn't match, so I declined. The other lady at the front was not attentive to her job and busted the one of three of my balloons. It's possible it happened because she was having a conversation to someone through her airpods? It's retail, I get it, but front of the line is an important job for customers to come back. I'll go back for Becky.
