Customer service is a lost art these days. I just came into Parker Security Center and Locksmiths to get a couple of blank car keys cut to the correct shape for my car.Rhett took care of me IMMEDIATELY, no questions asked. I was thinking, “a little strange that he didn’t give me a price before cutting” but “whatever, I’m sure it’s not too expensive”…He handed me my 2 newly cut keys and said “have a great day”. I asked “what do I owe you?” To which he replied “nothing! Just come see me next time you need a lock or new key for your home, office, etc.”.Unbelievable customer service and I won’t go anywhere else or recommend anyone else for my locksmith needs.

Only Locksmith in the Douglas County area that could help and cut key ( make a duplicate )all the locksmith shops seem to be closing. Home Depot and Lowe’s both failed to find key code and do not keep keys in stock if machine can’t do it, they fail. Everything is remote, Parker Locksmith security center is a great place, great service, super quick thank you for your service!

I called this Locksmith because I had a blank F150 key fob that I needed cut. He said to bring it in and he will see what he can do. I brought it in, he cut it in about 5 seconds, and he didn't even charge me. This is the same thing a Car Dealership would charge $80-$100+ for.I felt obligated to buy something since he was being so nice, so I replaced my old house key with a new house key he had available, and he only charged me $5 for that.He was very kind and only asked that I think of him in the future for any locksmithing needs, which I will do for sure.

I paid Honda $15.00 for a blank motorcycle key and was on my own to find a place to have it cut. The key didn't come in on time. I found Parker Security Center. Absolutely awesome service and Rhett was really helpful and fast. I will be going back to have my key cut. I got the 2 keys from here for less than the blanking bought. I 💯 % recommend them!

Went in for a new fob for my car, what a great experience! They even had my fob there so didn't have to order it. They were professional, super nice, great customer service! Can't say enough great things about them! Price was great, about 10 dollars cheaper than the first place I went that supposedly ordered one for me and then never heard back. Highly recommend them!

Living in Parker I have used PSC for my key making needs in the past which has always gone well. This time though I needed different help. I had bought 3 tool boxes or my travel trailer and of course they were all keyed different. I wanted to simplify to just one key for all 3 boxed. I took it to Rhett at PSC and he ordered the locks I needed. I brought my trailer back a few days later when the locks came in and Rhett found out it wasn't just a plug and play situation and that it would need a little more time, effort and tools to get the work done. Rhett did a FANTASTIC job retrofitting all 3 locks onto my toolboxes and made sure my desire to just need one key for all three boxes was a success. Hats off to Rhett and PSC in pulling off this task for me! Much appreciated!

I recovered my stolen vehicle a few days ago. Car was beat to hell and the door was jammed. I didn't know what to do. Had it towed to Chris and he was a huge help, as well as letting me leave the car out back, in his parking spot under the security camera till my insurance got off their butts. Extremely professional and helpful. Would recommend to anyone

This is a follow-up on my previous review. I got my key blank I ordered from my motorcycle dealer. I had to wait 2 weeks for it. Before I got it I went here and they had blanks for my bike already so i got 2 keys made then. I brought in the key from the dealer. So I got my key cut in record time. 1st visit I didn't have my bike with me. This time while talking with Rhett he came out to my bike and made sure all my keys worked and he thought I could use a little lube in my ignition and he lubed it and my gas tank lock too. This company has great reviews for good reason. They are a personal company and they take care of you 1 on 1. I felt the kind of service that I used to get when there were no big corporations horning in and destroying our smaller businesses. If you need keys, locks, or anything check with them. Their service and products are great. I will be happy to go to them for all my needs, not just keys. Thanks to Rhett he's great!

There should be more than 5 stars for this business, especially Rhett, an amazing young man. Keys and FOB to my Honda Odyssey were stolen. He made a new key and reprogrammed it and the extra FOB so the old ones aren't usable. Honda dealer wanted two and a half times as much without programming FOB. Other locksmiths twice as much! Don't consider anyone else!

Recently moved into our first home and needed to have the locks re-keyed/changed and duplicate keys made. I made the call within twenty minutes Steve was there to assist with the task. He was very efficient with getting the locks changed and new keys for us. Steve is very professional and super friendly my three year old kept asking him all kinds of questions and he played along answering her questions and wasn’t distracted either. We had two locks changed didn’t take more than 15-20 minutes top. Great service to utilize highly recommended for lock changes and they even recycle keys that aren’t needed! Thanks Steve!

We walked in on a whim today as my husbands key fob for his Dodge Ram wasn’t working and I am so happy we did. Chris, who assisted us, was absolutely stellar. He first tried to fix our malfunctioning key fob but with it being too far gone, he offered us a great deal on a new fob he had in store and programmed it for us right there! It took him less than ten minutes and he even took the extra time to help us figure out why the remote start wouldn’t work with the new fob. He provided outstanding customer service, above and beyond, and was just a wonderful person! I am so grateful we stopped in today and will be sure to visit this location for any of our other key needs! Thank you Chris!

Convenient location at Parker/Mainstreet. I went in today needing a new key for my sequoia as well as a new fab. The woman that helped me went above and beyond to give me every option possible, and was so helpful! If you need a fab or chipped key replaced, they are sooo much cheaper than the dealer and they may even have some creative options to meet your needs. I’m so pleased and will definitely tell others!
