My husband & I had made a donation there today, afterward we did a little shopping. I had a variety of items in my cart. I had picked up a Tupperware bowl/tray. It was with the bowls. Coffee, mugs, bowls, silverware they do not have stickers. I explained to the cashiers that it was with the bowls. I understand that people can be shady, but all these are donated items and what I donated today equated more $ than what I had in my cart. And by the way those stickers are hard to remove. I felt like I was treated poorly, even though there are rules I think they should’ve taken my word for it because it was absolutely true. It was with the bowls & should’ve been rung up as such. Next time I will hunt up a manager. I didn’t think I would need to do that because after all it was a bowl/party tray that was with the bowls. If you’re going to have generic signs that say all cups are X amount of money and bowls are x amount of money and plates are x amount of money. Then you need to sticker each and every one of those. I was treated like a thief. They saw the word Tupperware and made a huge assumption. I will shop there again. But I will think twice before donating there again. They don’t deserve my items that are donated (worth way more than the ones I’m putting in my cart) if they can’t even be reasonable about a bowl 🙄
