As a first-time car buyer, I came into the process completely clueless and honestly a little nervous, but Larry made everything incredibly smooth and stress-free. He was not only patient and transparent but genuinely had my best interest at heart. I came in with a few “dream cars” in mind, and instead of trying to upsell me, Larry took the time to explain the long-term maintenance and safety concerns with some of those options. He never pressured me into the most expensive choice, instead, he focused on what would be the most reliable and practical fit for me at my age and lifestyle.
Even after the sale, Larry went above and beyond. I had a few questions post-purchase, and he responded quickly and thoroughly, making sure I felt confident and supported. He even followed up just to check in and make sure the car was running well, something you rarely see these days.
