Where to begin? - A question you might ask yourself upon arrival to this whopper of an antique mall! As with many large malls, there's a great array of styles & interests available amongst their dealers, with some standouts that I haven't seen in as many other shops being midcentury pottery/ceramics, antique glass fishing floats, and a pleasantly well-organized antique books booth. Two categories I look out for when antiquing: cat-themed items and uranium glass. Two categories I found in abundance in numerous booths here: cat-themed items and uranium glass!
The staff was friendly and happy to hold goodies at the front counter while we continued our hunt. There were a couple extraordinarily large booths with disappointing wares, like modern mass-produced jewelry with faux turquoise and other cheap stones, and I don't love seeing that type of thing take up prime space when there are so many other awesome dealers offering vintage signage, collectibles of every era, kitsch, clothing, industrial antiques, hard-to-find video games, and uncountable other things not bought in wholesale! There are the expected number of booths with "I don't really want to sell this" prices, but the majority seemed reasonable and well tended to. I'm always pleased when I see things I've never come across before, like some midcentury brutalist amethyst glass and some stunning antique venetian glass I found here. I am very much looking forward to another visit!
