My biggest issue is that on multiple occasions I'm sold the wrong part and end up buying it again and have to go back and return the wrong parts. It's a hassle and a waste of time and i get they don't know anything about cars they just go off whatever the screen says but still it's annoying.
They no longer want to validate warranties so I will not be coming to this store and neither should you
picture included is a set of front rotors for a 2012 tundra. notice something off? me too, they’re not the same. This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME.

The price was a little higher but the quality of the part was 10 times superior two other parts I had seen certainly better than what I had in the car!. Great store I will return!

Let me start by saying I have nothing really that bad to say about what they sell or their company, but when it comes to the workers it’s a gamble. Sometimes I have been there and I get very good customer service and they do the best to help me, but sometimes they seem “lazy” or they do not bother helping you out and just send you to a certain part of the store. Today I called the store asking for a certain part and after some talking the man understood what I was looking for and told me they do have it in stock. Then I go to the store and they do not have the part. Reclaimed to them about the call and no one came up to say who took my call. Instead of helping me look for something familiar they just told me they don’t have anything else when it shows on the site they do sell other stuff. Just lazy bad workers is the problem really. Bad customer service.
