Read MoreImmediately off the bat, I was excited to go to what I assumed would be a welcoming ladies’ pleasure-centered shop. As someone who goes to as many sex shops as possible, this is the most disappointing in terms of selection, products they did have, and customer service.
The woman who was at the counter did not welcome us when we entered and gave us the impression of not wanting us there since she was in the back room before noticing we came in. She was completely withdrawn on her phone and we asked how much stuff was she said “I don’t know” then after a few seconds said “I’ll check” in a way that seemed like we were annoying her. Once we were at the counter to purchase, we asked how she was doing and said “has it been busy?” gauging if maybe she was just busy. We tried giving her the benefit of the doubt since it was during the days leading up to Valentines and she replied very coldness that “it hasn’t really been.”
When it comes to the products themselves, there are items caked in dust and really outdated, there is little to no labels on how much things cost are.
There is not good selection of toys or lingerie. Items were not very organized and it just felt very empty. The dust makes everything look dirty and makes the experience unappealing.
