Read MoreI live across town and still make the trek to come to this store for ALL of my cell phone needs. I've been a loyal customer for almost a decade. The owner is such a cool, honest, friendly, real, and kind person. He has a good work ethic and does his best to educate me, give me the bottom line, and sell me a product at a fair price. I never feel pressured to buy anything. He doesn't try to up-sale me once I've made a decision. We chat about our families and catch up from my last visit. I also visit him when I'm in the area to pay my monthly bill. I started with him when I was done with my Verizon contract and wanted to go the pre-pay route. He got me hooked up to Page Plus and I've been using this service since (for less than half the price of what I was paying for Verizon, might I add) and I haven't looked back. When I've wanted to upgrade, or gift a phone to a family member, or when I lost my phone in grocery store parking lot (and it was stolen) and I needed something to carry me through that wouldn't break the bank, I've gone straight to him. I've recommended his store to my family and friends--he is just that damn good. I will be going to him again this Spring when I'm ready to upgrade my phone and I know that I'll be satisfied with my purchase. I typically say when I'm leaving his store, "I'll see you again next time..." because I'm that confident that I'll be back.
