Read MoreWent there first time given reviews and $20 senior rate. They gave me Chris who was nice enough. I explained I wanted scissor cut, square off the back with round edges, debulk rear sides. He proceeded to razor cut and when I said something, he said “don’t worry we’ll get there” which he never did. NEVER asked me where I wanted sideburns trimmed to, just took them off. (see pic). But worst of all, raised my rear hairline 3/4” above where I usually have it (usually covers mole on left side) and uneven to boot (see pic). And only partially debulked the rear back. I was in shock, didn’t say anything (what can I do once he cut the hair off?) One of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had. He either doesn't know what he is doing, but more likely didn’t care about what he did to rush through a cheaper senior haircut. No way will I ever let Chris near my head again. I would like to hear a response from the owner regarding this travesty of service.
