🚨Stay Away from Oklahoma Patriot Auto!!!By far one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made in my life time !!! Being stuck with a POS jimmy rigged over priced what seemed to be decent vehicle!Intel only one week of driving my car extreme gas leak !!! And to be told they couldn’t even look at my car for 6 days to maybe be able to fix it !! The customer service is the worst it was like talking to a bunch of angry teenagers who didn’t no what they were talking about and everyone kept putting the blame on each other talking over me when I was trying to explain my situation and making me feel like I’m wrong !!! Then it was very unclear if my appointment was scheduled for 6 days out so I called back to be treated like complete trash by reception and told I was in fact not scheduled because the specialist felt like I got salty with him on the phone !!!!!No exchange policy apparentlyAnd the lady said“you no what you was getting into buying a used car” something strait out of a bad movieAnd she extra sour when I used words like “jenky establishment ” and I even reassured her that I understand it’s only her job and she isn’t the one who owns the “JENKY PLACE”So I’m stuck making payments on a car that is literally leaking gasoline ⛽️ 🔥On top of that I have to find a mechanic that will fix my car $$$$$$$$$$$$ ??????If there was a way to leave negative stars I would def be negative 2.5 ⭐️I guess when life (OKLAHOMA PATRIOT AUTO Sales) hands you 🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋You gotta try and make some lemonade 😂Good company Moto

I'm going to change my review to four stars. Just because I've been dealing with them now for a little while. The Chevy equinox is still running great after about 3 months. Customer service is better. At the end of the day it's a used car lot they don't know what they're getting all the time it's up to you to go with your gut and check the car out properly. It's super easy to make payments. I can tell that they work with a variety of people. Even people that don't have a lot but that's why I'm giving them another star and open it to four stars. Mitch's okay once you get to know him. Lol

Hello, I’m writing about an experience I had at this dealership. If you are looking for honest and reliable sellers then DO NOT go to this place. I went to go look at a 2021 Silverado they had on the lot. It was a really pretty black truck. Asked questions about it and one of the questions I had asked was “has this truck been in a recent accident” and one of the reasons I asked that was because the app CarGurus said it had been in an accident. But they told me no and that it was wrong and they needed to fix it on the app. I proceeded to show them where it said that it had been in an accident on the app and they still denied it. So I made one of the biggest mistakes which was to take there word for it. 4 months later someone backs in to me on the drivers and guess what pieces of bonding fell off which is when I realized it had previously been in a shop before. But it wasn’t just bonding, it was bonding covering a really bad repair they did. So with that being said ABSOLUTELY DO NOT go here if you are looking for a reliable vehicle.

These people are crooks!! They will shit your car off with no warning even if it’s just $5 they tax you more than what the car is worth. Very poor customer service I would put negative stars if I could. Easy to get approved because they don’t care as long as they can sucker you in. Oklahoma has no laws against protecting citizens who have basically been scammed into something so that sucks too. Just save your money and go to a better place the low down payments aren’t worth it at all

I have had my vehicle for a while now and have yet to have an issue! I was concerned when my check engine light came on shortly after purchase. Come to find out I didn’t put my gas cap on tight enough! LOL and that is the only time I had service lights on! The staff are so nice and very respectful! Navly in particular is always so professional, super nice and super easy to talk too. Great communication! I love it here!

This place is a joke Yes they will work with you and sell you a Lemon and then when you call after your car is not working after a week they will tell you ( well we are a used car place so things will break) and that they cant do anything other than oil changes so your screwed. The front ladies are worthless and try to catch an attitude with you because there behind a phone also JUST DONT BUY A CAR FROM HERE all of these 5 star reviews are either friends or family or fake.

I paid my car off 2 weeks ago, my mom has also paid a car off here. We did have problems with both cars, first week of having mine the airbag light was on and had transmission problems which they did fix but the CUSTOMER SERVICE is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! The ladies that work the from office are so RUDE! There is only 1 I have had zero issues with and I can’t remember her name, but all the others they are rude and just don’t need to work in public at all. Also BTW if you pay your car off online they will mail your lean release, you can’t just pick it up at the office. And yes the customer service has been this way the whole time I have dealt with these people 3+ years!

Practice in predatory loans.cut cars off without letting customers know the car even has a shutoff mechanism from the jump .all the while the car note was paid in full .did not want to compensate for time and money lost due to no fault of own. the inhouse insurance is a total fraud never covered the driver or the car. threatened not to communicate with me anymore when I told them I would be seeking legal counsel. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.also reported the practices of this company to the attorney general

Do NOT buy here, they are scammers, took my mom's money gave her a POS car that broke down not even a week after getting it from these people, and they towed it in the middle of the night and didn't let her get HER stuff out of it, and it was a transmission issue and these so called "mechanics" don't know how to fix a Lego car -_- I wouldn't even give these bums a star in all honesty, their service is garbage.And when they said they "fixed" it she went and got it and as she's trying to leave the car dies and starts rolling back down the hill into the lot, but these people say that's fixed, half ass workers. These people should be shut down for their bs.

I Bought a 2013 Impala from them. The starter went out day one and I was only given a portion of the money back. A week later the car had started shaking when I used the breaks so I took it in to them and their mechanic said we only do oil and tire changes, so it sat for a long time till a different mechanic agreed to fix it, he failed the 1st and 2nd time. Yes I was charged both times. Because of that I couldn't make it to work then pay for the car so they repossessed it and sued me 3 years later? I tried to have the car fixed when it was broken and because the dealership wouldn't fix I couldn't drive it and because I couldn't drive it I couldn't go to work and because I make it to work I couldn't pay for it.

Purchased a 2010 gmc from them and on the way home to norman the tire light came on, then the check engine light Came on the next day and the wthing 72hrs of having it the ac stopped working as well. Took it in and they said I had t buy the part (almost $300) and they would put it in. The ac didn't work after three days of having it and yet I'm responsible. Now It's been a month and a half and still have yet to get my title and they are saying that they sent it and don't know where it is and that I have to go up there to get a certified copy. I'm now in a carpayment for a car that is no better than the one I sold so my boys would have ac and reliability. Once this car is paid off I won't go through them again.Update the car now does not run not even 2 months after the purchase.

If I could give no stars I would!! They will levy your bank account if you don’t pay for the lemon car that they sell you! My car broke down one week after I got it and they held it for a month and said I needed a transmission well I thought I had a warranty! They won’t honor it!! Run stay away I’ve contacted the Federal trade commission and filed a report they won’t make it longer in the business

People of OKLAHOMA CITY! Please DO NOT come to this dealership for YOUR OWN GOOD!! The cars they have are all lemons, trash. They will work for the first two weeks after that, it’s messed up and will give you problems then entire time you’ll have the vehicle. Go to another dealership please pass this one while searching and driving by. You will definitely thank me & yourself later!!

Do not ever buy a vehicle from them they are completely cricket. They sold my daughter Kia Sorrento, and not too long after the Engine blew out they refused to help in anyway even told my daughter that it was Kia because they had a recall and still refused to help they came over to repossess the car And now she has a repo on her credit for a car that did not even work! Please do not ever buy a car from them because they will rip you off.

My Sister bought a car there the 30th of May not once was she able to drive the car to work due to transmission recalls and recalls on about the whole car they refuse to fix your car the Mechanic has no clue on why he’s at work so if you want a Lemon I would advise you to go some place else the Staff is completely rude but act different when you are purchasing the vehicle be aware they are a fraud

I purchased a car from Oklahoma Patriot Auto on Shields. These people are straight up Shiesters. The car broke down 10 days after purchase. Took it in on Valentines Day to be repaired. Took them over a week to diagnose the problem. Told me it was a bad EMC chip and replaced it and re programmed it charged me $200 .Guess what it broke down again 15 minutes later right after I paid . Then took it back in , he then ordered a new chip on 24th. Ten days later and said it was fixed again and couldn't even leave the lot with it. Then 10 days later , said he had to order another part waiting on it and that the Service manager Marvin was out sick and would get back with me . Now it's the 15th of March and they say they can't fix it. Pay my car payment and come get take it to dealer and have them fix it. They have screwed me out of over $2000. They take advantage of people needing help getting into a car. These people Brittany the office manager and Marvin the service manager and Mitch the salesman. You can not trust a word out of there mouths. Do no buy from here . Or Haney Bros Finance .

If I could’ve put 0 star I would. I bought a car back in March it was almost 12 thousand dollars. It was my first time buying a car and didn’t know much they took advantage of that. When I left the lot the check engine light came on the key they gave me didn’t even work to unlock the car (they had the car already started so I wouldn’t know) so I had to spend 300 dollars more for the key not even including the new turbo I had to buy. The gear shift is also getting stuck won’t even let me out of park. I’ve had the car for 5 months and now I’m being told I need a new transmission. I signed an as is due to them promising and reassuring me that there was nothing wrong with it (they got me there) I can’t even drive the car anymore and I’m still having to pay it off. I called before my month was up due to me just not being able to afford trying to fix the car plus still paying it off I got an expensive car so I wouldn’t have to worry about that. When I called about the lemon law they told me they don’t offer that there. I started reading the reviews and it turns out they do this to everyone who buys a car there and I mean everyone. All the reviews are negative (yes I should’ve read them before but again I didn’t know anything about what I was doing). I don’t think it’s right for them to keep doing this to people and getting away with it.

I bought a 2019 Chevy pick-up fully trusting the dealership to look after me. The transmission went out approximately 5k after I bought it (7000.00) later back on the road. Then the poor bondo job they did trying to hide it was wrecked started cracking. They did not disclose it had been wrecked. It eats tires, and missing body molds. Then when I asked if they would stand behind it the answer was sorry about your luck. Come trade it and we'll sell you another. I wouldn't buy a tri-cycle or a pack of gum from Patriot ever again.

So ive been visiting with a salesman for the last week and im very very leary of going through this place for a car now after these negative reviews, ive always said never take one or 2 peoples word for it because u always have negative from a few people but when you have a crazy amount of negative comments theres got to be a little truth to the problems. To bad they cant be honest or take care of the problems I'm gonna pass on a car from them..

This place does not even deserve a 1 star. They are manipulated my contract. They originally didn't give me my contract and when I asked for it they added an additional $5,905 to my contract and forged my signature. Please don't ever go to them. I also asked many times that I wanted my warranty removed and I didn't want to purchase it. The manger told me that it was a requirement for the loan to be approved. I called the bank and its not true. Save yourself some headache. Don't go they are all thief's!!!

I’ve purchased a 2008 Chevy Sebring from Auto Patriot Sales on 10/18/23. There was no engine lights or any signs that the car wasn’t a hazard. Well, on 10/19/2023 I went to pump some gas because out of nowhere my car gas light came and I went to get gas and I put about $25 in there and the gas hand did not move. Assuming that it was broken , I wrote it down. The same day around 11 pm my engines comes on, on my way home. I was realize surprised because I’ve never had a used car do that. So, when I was trying to reverse to pull my car in my gear shift from reverse to neutral on its home and which that has happen over 5 times since I’ve had the car. I realized half of the car isn’t getting any power as well on the passenger side. Anyways, when I woke up the next day . I went to auto zone to check out the engine light problem and I was informed that it was catalyst converter which that was on the 10/20/23. I contacted the my dealership and informed them the problems I was having and was told to give them til Monday 10/23/23 to get help because “it’s nothing they can do on weekends” is what I was told by Marlon. So, as the weekend is going and I am driving my car because that is the only transportation I have to get to work and live life with. I started noticing more problems such the windshield wipers wasn’t working (it started raining) and i had to pull over until the rain stopped because I couldn’t see anything. The lights would go so dim at times that, that you couldn’t even tell if the lights were on. On 10/23/23 around 1 am , I was on my way home and my car suddenly started losing power and it shut all the way down in the middle of the street. I went and got some gas and put it in there and it didn’t start up , it actually kept losing more power as I turn the key which I have videos of majority of everything. The next day I called the dealership and explained what happen. Marlon told me that I needed to get the car towed to them so he can try to figure out the problem; mind you from my house to the dealership it’s about 27 mins 25 miles. I didn’t have the funs just to throw away on a tow. Luckily out of nowhere the car started up but struggled too. I got the car to them and within 3 hours Marlon called and said the car was ready to pick up. I have a list of everything he supposedly fixed. Not even 2 hours after driving the car off the lot again the engine like came back on and the gas hand went all the way to E. I called once again and let Marlon know what happen again. He said to come back on which that following Monday which was 5 days out. So, I tried to just drive the car that following next day and when I tell you I almost lost my life on the highway trying to merge on a highway because my car starting going dead while I was driving and merging from the far left lane to get to the right side shoulder. Luckily, this semi had slowed down or I probably wouldn’t be writing this. I had to walk across the highway to get gas because I thought that was the probably maybe (since I can’t tell how much gas is in my tank) but that didn’t get it started back up. I had to get it jumped by someone. Which it took awhile for it to start. The last time I drove the car was on 10/29/2023 mind you it was freezing raining cold that day. I was trying to make it to church but every problem I had with car played it role that day. The windshield wipers wasn’t working which was suppose to be fixed. The car was stalling out and kept jerking, the heat doesn’t work in car which that was the first time I cut it on. But the main reason I haven’t touch the car is because when I pull into the church parking lot the car started smoking!!! I didn’t pay attention before that but while I’ve been driving the car I was smelling something burning but I didn’t think nothing of it but obviously there’s major issues going on with that car; I barely made it back home and almost got into two wrecks because of the car stalling out on the highway. The car is hazard and is not safe to drive!!! I was told a 6000 miles warranty but they didn’t honor that.

At first, we enjoyed working with them. They was flexible, helped us get into vehicle we wanted, then about a week later, my drivers window would go up....at all & neither would passenger window. I took it In, they made me feel stupid and ignorant..told me they couldn't find anything wrong with it. I got in van, rolled down drivers window while in parking lot and it wouldn't roll up! I walked right into service department and told them. They said it wasn't under warranty anyway.Then go forward about three months (the heat of the summer) my front air conditioner goes out! To get a new condensor and regulator was going to be around $350.00, because IT isn't under warranty either!! Bring the van home because i can't afford to fix it. The VERY NEXT WEEK.....it starts surging and acting like it is going to die going down the road....van is in shop RIGHT NOW...Just got off phone with Cyndy....they can't get the van to duplicate what i did it was doing!? I point blank told her, "huh....that's funny..cause EVERY TIME i drive it or my husband drives it, it tries to stall on us. Plus the check engine light is on!" I am waiting on them to call and tell me they can't find an issue. We have been making payments on this overly priced van for 7months... Just goes to prove desperate people will agree to any price to get in a vehicle they NEED for their family! My van is a 2007 and we are paying $12,000 for it! I could have put another $2500 to it and went and got a much newer vehicle! So sick of this company!*Update* we ended up turning van back over to them because the sliding doors closed on my kids and one time, I was driving down highway and door came open!I called them EVERY DAY for 3 months after turning van back in to find out what we owed. No one has any idea what I was talking about! Now, 5 years later, it shows up on my credit report!? I can't get anyone to answer the phone so I can try to figure this out, the one lady that did answer, told me it had been sent to collections and I should be hearing from collection agency, that was over a year ago,still haven't heard anything!

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! Took our car we purchased in Nov back 4 different times for problems. Took 4 weeks to get an engine and 2 days later it overheated again. Very unprofessional and will not work with you on trying to get another one. We gave back our 2008 white PT cruiser so dont buy it if its there. Reported them to BBB and now I have to get a lawyer. The owner Lee yelled at me when I was just trying to get another vehicle. Very rude staff and service people. Just want people to not waste their money or time. If I could give negative stars in would.

The head mechanic ( I can’t remember his name) he has braids and listens! My air tried going out this summer so I drove up to the office and spoke with the mechanic he had me drop it off on a Monday and it was ready next day!- The quick maintenance turn around is important these days 👍

I bought a 2005 Ford Taurus when they were operating from Edmond and I paid it off in May 2022. The wonderful experience started right from the moment I entered the sales office. The salesman whose name I cannot recall but is originally from Cyprus is an angel. He answered all my questions and even loaned me money from his own pocket to purchase insurance which of course I paid him back in a coupla of weeks. The car still runs perfectly and I have no issues with this dealership. I am thinking of going back to purchase another one.

My sister purchased a car from here and ended up returning it voluntarily due to issues that they had with the vehicle for the short period of time that they owned it. Upon taking the car to the shop (which happened on multiple occasions) there were even more concerning issues discovered with the car. When the vehicle was voluntarily returned to the dealership they ended being sued and had their income garnished to pay for a vehicle that they no longer have and that was unsafe and barely ran well to begin with. This business does not care about the customer once the vehicle has been sold even knowing full well that what they are selling are vehicles that are neither fit to be driven nor reliable. There are always risks with purchasing used vehicles, but when a dealership claims thatthey “are passionate about quality cars” , we would expect to at least have a vehicle that isn’t falling apart every other week. If you want to save yourself some grief and avoid having your money taken by scammers disguised as a business then go elsewhere and purchase a certified used vehicle.

I contacted an individual who works for this company via Facebook marketplace and asked him if there was a cash price. He absolutely refused and said that the only way you could purchase was by financing. That tells me two things. 1. They have bad vehicles, because if they were quality, they would be willing to offer a cash price for them. 2. Their intention is make you pay significantly more than the car is worth through financing and interest rates. This is not a reputable company, you should avoid them by any means necessary.

The salesman told my wife that I was rude, so let's recap our "visit" shall we? First, I had contacted the business twice in the last two days to inquire about the price of a vehicle that I was thinking about purchasing. However, in true salesman form they wanted a phone number to call back and talk with me. I did not want to talk over the phone, so we drove there.We pulled in and we're immediately greeted by the salesman.As I walked towards the vehicle I was thinking about the salesman said he needed to know if I planned on purchasing with cash or financing. I replied that I would use cash. He then preceded to tell me that they do not accept cash and they were only able to finance for some reason or another. So why ask about cash? I smiled and said, "So you just want to make more money off the interest." He told me about some vague reason why they only financed and would not take cash.As I walked toward the car I was looking at I asked how much they wanted. I was immediately told it was $8,000. I quickly did the math in my head on this car on realized that I was NOT going to pay an exuberant amount of money on a 12 year old vehicle in good condition with over 90,000 miles and a Kelly Blue Book value of just over $5,000. So I immediately turned around and said, "No thank you. The vehicle is only worth $5,000."It was at this point he turned to my wife and said that I was rude. Yes. I could have attempted to haggled with him, but realized any "won" differences would probably be added to the "interest".My family has owned two of these vehicles. The first one we purchased was about 6 years ago and cost $4,500. About 6 months ago our daughter purchased the same vehicle-complete with convertible top and under 100,000 miles- for $5,000. We will continue our search, but will remain clear of businesses that do not take cash...Regardles of the above, it is their business and they can run it anyway they want...

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They are scam artist, they sold us a car that was very unsafe and promised they would fix it. We had it towed to there lot, at our expense less than 24 hours after we purchased the car. Their mechanic told us it was fixed and within a few days the brakes caught on fire with all my children in the car. They told me I was responsible for getting it back to their lot to be looked at. I explained to them I could not afford to have it towed and they told me it was not their problem. I begged and pleaded with them to work with me and they refused and when the payment fell due they told me the would just come and get it and I would have a repo on my credit. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS CAR LOT, DONT LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ANYONE ELSE!!!

I had a motor swap done in my 08 Chevy trailblazer and that’s only having it for 3-4 months finally motor swap was done and not even 48 hours later I’m on the side of the road!!!!!! This is such a bad car lot and a bunch of lemons being sold!! Apparently my TRANSMISSION IS OUT!!

“Maybe tomorrow will be a better day” they said when I contacted them in regards to my bot being able to tow my vehicle there to be looked at again just to have to bring it back. Ive had engine that wont start, foul gas order, and a radiator that stays hot. 4 times to the dealership just to have a lemon in my driveway and no resolution. Poor customer service! LEMONS! DONT BUY HERE! SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME CREDIT DROP.
