went in cash in hand for advertised promotional free battery if you buy a tool deal, for a Milwaukee saw... left with nothing. had upsell my own sale here, begged to get what I wanted, bending to all backorder and waits, just to be TOLD BY THE MANAGER he would take my backorder and just cancel my order tomorrow, then he told me to order onine, which I tried and failed to get the free battery deal, so I called customer service and they said they couldn't sell me what I wanted either, and to try again back at the physical store in a week or so in hopes they restock their shelves, so i went back to this physical store a week later... for the LAST time I'm ever going to a northern tool visit, just to get the run around and ducked by the employees, asked for the manager... the Ole bait and switch of a FALSE ADVERTISMENT, I ask for the tool I want, point to the promo poster advertising ehat i wanted... they say they don't have in stock. the manager offers to backorder the saw to offer to get the free battery, but they also out of stock backordered on the promo free battery...and blamed the lack of inventory of the Milwaukee tools on Milwaukee, and took no responsibility nor blame. the manager said again, to order online myself, and get the free battery...which he tried to do infront of me on his computer, and failed. I begged to spend my money here and got shown the door, still cash I'm hand. so bye bye northern tool for ever. you guys need a hard lesson on business, customer service, business ethics, and customer relations. horrible experience. never coming back, never coming to a northern tool ever again. i went straight to Home Depot and they not only had everything I wanted, in stock, and free promotional battery... they had a smile and walked with me while we mocked your sad business.
