I am not a regular customer, but I stop by when on the West side visiting my daughter, usually for bagels to go. Today we stayed and had breakfast. I think the bagels are great and love the cream cheeses, but what I appreciate the most is the customer service. Each time that I have gone, I have encounter helpful employees who are pleasant, respectful and treat me like me like they actually want me to return in the future. I know this sounds basic, but it has become the exception with businesses. Bad customer service is easy to recognize and is too common now. Good customer service often goes unnoticed, but I want Ted and everyone at NY Bagels to know that I greatly appreciate being treated like a valued customer.
