My cell phone , Samsung Note 8, screen was cracked over time and the screen flickered so bad I could not use my cell phone. I got stressed and worried. I called NEA mobile repair Kevin Bush for a quote and he gave me a reasonable price.
I did not have insurance on my phone and Samsung was gonna charge me 700 dollars to repair my screen, charging port and headphone jack. Everyone else said that 400 to 500. With NEA mobile repair. I was charged $250.00.
Kevin was on his A game when fixing my phone. I sat in his shop and saw him working on it. When he finished the repair; my phone work worked it was brand new. The charging port was fixed so I did not have to waste money on wireless changers.
Most importantly the screen was fixed and it was professionally done. Kevin takes pride in his craftsmanship. I dont have to get a phone upgrade costing me more money. My phone is paid off and Kevin saved so money that I keep my phone .
If your game system, tablet, and cell phone is not working properly. Call the NEA mobile repair and Kevin will take care of you. Kevin will take the stress away and repair your cell phone. He saved my Samsung Note 8.

Had an electronic that the hdmi went bad in. I checked with NEA Mobile repair and another place in Jonesboro to get an approx. price and expectation for waiting for the service to be finished.
Price for NEA Mobile Repair- $125 with an expectation of a couple days and $175 same day.
Other place- $175 with expectation of it being 2-3 weeks to be finished.
I went in to NEA Mobile Repair and the staff was awesome and helped me out immediately. I told them I would prefer the $125 repair because as much as I would like it done sooner than later, I was okay with waiting a couple of days to save the $50.
They could have easily waited, but the repair I needed was one they’ve done a lot of and knew they could fix it quickly. I was fortunate enough to have it repaired within just a few hours. I loved having them be willing to get right on it and not waiting just because they can.
I showed up a few hours later after receiving a message from the owner and a phone call from the store employee.
They had went ahead and finished it and I found my price to be the same price as the 2-3 time frame instead of the 1 day that they came through with. I was so excited.
I showed up and paid and they showed me my product and that it was back to working correctly.
It was a great experience and I’ll definitely be back for other repairs in the future or for products to purchase that they sell. They were great.

They told me over the phone they could get it done fast and we’re lighting fast at fixing my IPhone. Would highly recommend using NEA if you’re anywhere near here and need some work!

Not only did he find a fix, but he even helped make it better than when it was brought to him. Him and his staff are very intelligent people. If it’s questions u have, they can help. Kevin has done quite a few repairs for me and he has found me great deal on other items I’ve looked for. Every repair has been great with no issues. He has always been fair and reasonable in all of our dealings. He is the only person I have met in the repair business that has not has been honest with me on repairs needed and has never tried to do unneeded repairs to jack the price. I am very satisfied with Kevin’s works and will continue to call on him for all of my electronics needs.

Was a bad experience!!! Won’t be back. Was told didn’t have to have an appointment just to show up and it would take a hr tops. We paid 2 weeks in advance waited on them to call us to let us know when the part was in. We had to call to make sure it was in. Drove here and dropped it off at 10:15 am and it’s now 1:10 and still waiting on the phone. Had to be somewhere by 2 pm but sitting and waiting. Would never refer anyone here! Very poor service.
