My sister and I are moving across the country and wanted to buy two twin size shikibutons; however, we had only two weeks until we had to ship our car, in which we were going to put the futons.Since the moment we entered the store, we felt very comfortable. We explained our situation to Ed and he gave us multiple options to consider (and helped us evaluate them as well). He patiently answered our newbie questions and was very transparent and communicative about the timeline and pricing.Because of their incredible service and quality of goods, we ended up buying 2 futons, 2 tatami mats, 2 buckwheat pillows, a mahogany floor chair and a zabuton. Not only did they customize the stuff in the way we wanted it (they went above and beyond in the designs), but they also made everything very quickly.In two weeks they were able to get everything ready for us. Their 35+ years of experience really shines through in their transparency, honesty, and quality of goods and service. I’m grateful that we found them and bought our stuff through them. I highly highly recommend them for everything pertaining to home furniture and futons. They definitely made a life long customer out of us and my family.
