I had an excellent experience with Moaven.I had been looking for an older model Prius in good condition - and found a post online of a white 2011 Prius on the Moaven website - though it didn't include photos. The asking price was much closer to what I would expect from a private owner, rather than what I'd seen at other dealership.There was a thorough CARFAX report available that looked like this vehicle had been owned by only one person who had taken it in to all the needed care, drove it moderately, and had not been in any accidents.When I showed up, it turned out it was not even quite done being detailed - so it seemed like they were really efficient about getting it checked over, cleaning it, and getting the ad put up. I had assumed that perhaps it would have a lot of dings with the lower-than usual dealer price - but it looked great! There were a few tiny scratches and color off if you really looked for it - but nothing at all very noticeable - which was amazing for a 13 year old car.Mati and Ed both helped me - with Mati showing me the car, and Ed taking me for a drive.They also both were very helpful in guiding me towards a company that could give me the loan I needed at a smaller interest rate than I had seen anywhere else.I was able to stay in contact with Ed just to check in about the status of my loan and come in as soon as that was through to pick up my car.I did have to wait a little longer than usual, as the morning of my pick up they were understaffed due to a personal emergency that one of the employees had - but they were communicative about the wait and there was coffee available so that my friend who drove me over and I a pleasant time waiting (about an hour) before we could be seen.Once Mati was able to help with paperwork, it was very quick, about 20 minutes, and I was off!My Prius has been performing well - and I have been enjoying driving it - and feel like this was a really great buying experience. I would definitely recommend Moaven to anyone looking for a used vehicle.
