I’ve been a loyal Ford customer for years, but after my experience at the Ford Mission dealership, I’m seriously reconsidering that loyalty. I came in for a simple oil change, which usually costs around $60. However, my total came to $254 — all for an oil change! After a while, I received a call from them saying there was a leak, and they recommended an inspection, which would cost $175. I declined the additional work and decided to take my car to a friend who’s a mechanic. Turns out, there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car.
To make matters worse, the dealership charged me for labor when no labor was even performed. On top of that, the employees and the manager were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They refused to give me my keys without a fight, making the whole situation unnecessarily stressful.
It’s ridiculous how these employees are treating customers. If Ford Mission values its customers, a higher manager should contact me, apologize for what happened, and make it up to me. I’m done with this dealership.
