Prince, who owns the shop, is very knowledgable about his product. He knows where each type of tile is manufactured, what it is made of, how and where it can be installed, what it will wear like, and whether it is advisable to use or not.
He also is very fair with his prices. I priced similar tiles at the low end at Home Depot for $10 sq/ft. and he sells them at $6 sq/ft. He has a lot of high end stone and tile that you can't get at a home improvement warehouse, too. He also passes on volume discounts to you, so if you order more than a certain number of boxes, the price goes down. He will even show you his cost. I am also working with him on some granite or quartz countertops (I haven't decided yet).
The shop is just chock full of amazing stone and tile samples, too. He has some very exotic and unique stuff so that your home won't look like everyone elses' home. I have a few more rooms to do, and I will certainly be going to Mirage every time I need tile or stone.
