I bought my Class B van from Mike Thompson's a year and a half ago and the buying and financing experience was phenomenal and the level of customer service and skill in the service center has been outstanding ever since the purchase.
At todays' service visit, Max, my service advisor, talked me through the process and made sure that any issues that I needed addressed with the RV were thoroughly documented in order to get the technician all of the information needed to troubleshoot and quickly fix the issues.
Sammy was my tech (and he was AMAZING). He displayed an impressive level of knowledge and expertise in RV maintenance and service. He went above and beyond to explain to me what he found and what the solution was to fix it. I was in and out of there in a couple of hours. The van is my daily driver so competency in service and turnaround time is a big deal to me--the Express Appointments work well as long as the issues are minor.
"Class B Brian" (my tech at previous visits) stopped by to check on things. He has frankly taken it upon himself to be an expert on Class B service and maintenance (Mike Thompson's is the only dealer in the area that seems to really know how to adequately service Class Bs). He continues to work with the RV manufacturers, components manufacturers (lithium batteries, etc), and other industry experts to enhance his knowledge and skillset in order to provide the best service possible to customers.
I'd highly recommend Mike Thompson's.
