This concerns a purchase from November 2024, but I’m gonna start with the purchase in January 2024. In January, I bought a used Bolt by my choice from “Xavier” for a reasonable price, and I was willing to keep it unless a better offer came my way. The Bolt had already been recalled at least once before, and it was due for another recall, so I brought it in to the dealership in November. I was persuaded by Xavier who I trusted get a black Equinox EV and was hasten to sign papers within six hours: under the impression that this vehicle over $50k (twice as much as the Bolt) would qualify for Uber Black to double my income which it does not because it is not a luxury vehicle, it created a financial burden worse than I was in, I was told that it could charge a Tesla station but it doesn’t have the ports for Tesla, the financing department submitted my application listing my employment as a supervisor with the state of Arizona, but I haven’t worked there since July 2023, The auto loan creditor denied my application over this lie and another creditor was found, and I was told that my documents would be emailed to me, but they never were in nearly two weeks. I have reported this to the state of Arizona Attorney General, but I’ve yet to hear back from them. I need the paperwork at least to turn the vehicle into a completely different dealership and hope they’ll treat me better. The worst part is that this vehicle that is worth twice as much as the used Bolt and only gets 30 miles more than the vehicle made four years ago, is twice as much, and I don’t have the increase in income to make up for it and pay for it. For someone who has already climbed themselves out of financial hardship, and other poverty, this is traumatic, opens old wounds, and is extremely distressing. For Xavier, this appears to be an opportunity for him to use his words crafty to sell as many cars as possible and to find ways to turn it back on me. If the dealership was truly busy, I would not have been hastened to sign papers within six hours, and the representative would not have had to use *Manipulative word phrases and the finance department would not have had to lie on my loan application to the creditor.
