(6/16/22)- Visiting family in the Bay Area, our minivan’s rear AC stopped blowing cold air. Since our van was purchased from CarMax with MaxCare, I called them first. They informed me that they don’t service any vehicle after the 90 day warranty and referred me to “repairpal.com”, that honors MaxCare. One of the first high rating shops that popped out was Midway and it was about 10min away from my location. I read the reviews and I immediately gave them a call to see if I was able to bring it in. I was able to schedule a time and date which was two days after. Walked in, and I was greeted with friendly faces. Jay was the one that helped me out, he explained what was needed to be done and will give me a call.
An hour to two after dropping off the car, Jay called me explaining the problem and the cost for the repair. Literally 1 hour later, he called to say that the vehicle was done and ready to be picked up. Almost a week from now since I picked up the minivan and now back in NV, our AC still blows cold. I will definitely go to them again for any future auto repairs if I’m in the area. I highly recommend this place! They have very good customer service, very friendly, the shop looked clean/organized, very knowledgeable and good at explaining the problem and to what they fixed. Lastly, they work pretty fast and made me a very happy customer. Thank you, thank you Jay/Midway Auto&Muffler!
