I typically don't answer Surveys because 1) time is the authentic measure of the quality work and materials used, and 2) the Employees that perform the actual work and customer service are often not compensated at all, or as handsomely as everyone else up the operational ladder.
I have been to this location several times over the last six months and can honestly say that this is a dynamic and well-organized team.
On this visit I arrived before the doors were open. When the lead mechanic Mario opened the service doors, he came out to the waiting Customers and asked how he could be of service to them. He was pleasant and his approach felt genuine.
This experience matched that which I've come to expect when I visit, as I'm typically greeted by Pearl and/or Joany. They are consistent with every customer that comes in the door, with warmth and often offering visitors water or coffee. I've spent some time in the waiting room waiting for my vehicle, working remotely for my job, and have never encountered a moment where either of these ladies have been short, sharp or otherwise; they meet their customers where they are at and are always offering options.
