Ordered an item for pickup. When I arrived the staff member told me I was wrong, that the order had been canceled. I attempted to show them the email confirmation and without looking they told me to “check your email again, it’s canceled”. Fine, y’all don’t have it. Spoke to a second staff member who let me know that it was my fault for not confirming it was in stock before coming and then said that the system was wrong and that they’d never said they had the item in question ready and that I was lying about having a confirmation email. He would also not look at the email in question. Being out of stock happens, I’m not bothered by that, what did bother me was that I was condescended to, lied to, and gaslit about the ordering process. Here’s the picture in question, tell me, does this look like a confirmation to you?
