Great customer service, but I highly recommend doing your research before purchasing a car. They were very personable and seemed trustworthy, but I now have a 2012 Ford Focus that spends more time in a shop than on the road. I've only had the car for 9 months. Definitely was a lemon that I paid $4,000 for and am now having to pay upwards of $1,000 for transmission work; if I had known, I would've worked the price down further than the $5,000 they originally asked for. If I could go back in time, I definitely would have went elsewhere. But I can't, so to help out others who need a ride, ask these guys for a legitimate CarFax (not the sketchy one they show you) and bring a trusted mechanic with you (because theirs has no clue what he's doing, unless shoddy work is his best).

Unfortunately not a good experience drove 2 hours to see a Renault Clio prior to viewing we asked Joe if it has been accident repaired he said it definitely hadn’t, although the HPI was clear it was so obvious the car had been in a accident and repaired badly, the car had 3 different Colour panels, you would have had to be blind not to notice, we also asked if there was any noticeable damage on the car he said no just the wheels needed a refurb which would have been find but there was numerous scratches and marks and loads of dents and creases on the roof.
The car looked super on the photos but definitely a cat fish effect.
I appreciate that this is a second hand car and wasn't expecting it to perfect but at least be truthful when your asked questions as your just wasting peoples time & money.

There super friendly people but I think there cars have to be gone over very well before selling them to customers .I purchase a 07 Toyota Avalon Wich I've only owned it for 3 months the car been worst night mare ever there 90 warranty covers only $500 Wich is not even worth dealing with my car has a engine knock Wich gets louder by the month I've notice it in the 2 nd day of purchase I took it back to them said it was normal don't worry just drive the car now here I'm w a knocking motor paid $4700 for the car had to replace all rotors a brakes a rear calipers now dealing on finding an engine when this one gives up. Just be aware of wat u buy there but over all great ..people maybe it was just a 🍋 that I fell into maybe there other cars are not such as bad as the one I decided to buy...just take ure mechanic to be on safe side.

A friend of mine bought a car from them..not even a week later we discover that the back brakes not working..having to put brake all the way to floor to work..I called and and went into office..said that it was fixed when it wasnt..this is now going on my 4rd attempt and still not fixed..these people just want ur money and will sell u anything just to get paid..now having to go through ri lemon law and see what I can do to get my money back..
