It isn't just that Mercedes are AMAZING vehicles, but the customer care I received at Mercedes-Benz of Santa Fe was EXCELLENT! I live and work in Albuquerque and have always dealt with Mercedes-Benz of Albuquerque. Mercedes-Benz of Albuquerque is outstanding and excellent in itself. Although I originally went there for my new Mercedes and came very close to making a purchase, at the last moment, I checked the Mercedes Benz of Santa Fe website and it appeared they had the EXACT vehicle I was looking for with all the bells and whistles. This being said, I thought I would give them a chance. I filled out an interest card via the website the night before and the next day I was contacted by Andrea Kennedy-Andujo who made the purchase of my new EQB300 4matic SUV a GREAT experience. She was extremely knowledgable of the vehicle I was interested in and made be feel confident in my next step of driving to Santa Fe to take a look at the EQB in person and go for a test drive. Upon arrival at Mercedes-Benz of Santa Fe, I made contact with Tracy McCann at the front desk who was very welcoming and just a pleasant person to deal with. Tracy's hospitality and kindness made me feel very comfortable. I then met with Andrea who escorted me to her office and after discussing what I was looking for, she got me the keys to the EQB and I went on a test drive. I fell in love with the SUV and returned with the mindset of playing "hard-ball" with my negotiations. As it turned out, playing hard-ball was not necessary! Andrea listened to by requests and took them to her Sales Manager, Michael Martinez who came in, introduced himself and shortly after talking, we shook hands and the deal was made! Both Andrea and Michael made me feel comfortable with my decision to buy the car, and to be honest, the entire experience was quite pleasant and stress-free. The whole transaction was seamless and a short time later I was driving back to Albuquerque with my new EQB! Tracy, Andrea and Michael made me feel like I was the most important customer in the building which made my decision to buy the SUV an extremely enjoyable experience. It is GREAT to know Mercedes-Benz of Santa Fe is there if I ever need them and will definitely be coming back if and when needed. Thank you Tracy, Andrea and Michael! You made this Mercedes-Benz owner even more loyal to the brand and its dealerships!
