Let me explain the 1 star in detail..
My dad recently passed way and my husband was a pall bearer in his funeral, which brought us into the Men’s Warehouse, Thursday March 20,2025. When we walked in no one greeted us, no one ever came over at anytime to engage. After James tried on the suit, he walked over and asked if there was a tailor on site, at which time the sales rep went and got the Hispanic male from the back. The guy from the start would not stop fast talking to even let my husband tell him what he wanted, and being extremely familiar with suit purchasing/alterations, my husband is very specific. We paid and left feeling confident. We returned, Tuesday April 1,2025, at which time we were greeted upon entering the store, James tried the suit on and the jacket was perfect, the pants were not hemmed per my husbands request. So, the tailor (Hispanic man), was retrieved and my husband explained to him again what he wanted. (At this time, my dad’s service was the next day). Tailor said yeah yeah walked off, I asked the gentleman helping us how long the alteration would take, he said a couple of days,I said no that’s a no go my dads service is tomorrow, at which time he went to the back, came back out and stated it would be ready by 4pm. We left, came back, were greeted, the suit was brought out, James tried out on, and there was NO alterations done to the pants. We have 2 associates helping us, and the tailor was again brought out. James asked him directly if he did anything to the pants and was lied too. At this time James started speaking in Spanish to the tailor, and again the tailor kept interrupting stating “I have 30 years doing this job”, but yet he can’t listen to what the customer wants, nor can he stop talking to listen to anything. He’s extremely arrogant and unknowledgeable. My dads service is the following day, the money spent was never the issue, the fact the Men’s Warehouse was created by George Zimmerman for complete satisfaction. I’m speaking only about this location, because not all locations are deplorable. I’m also speaking about the male tailor and the staff on duty Thursday March 20, 2025, that ignored us the entire hour we were there until they were approached. The 2 gentlemen there on Tuesday April 1,2025 should be commended for their service!! They handled themselves professionally at all times! To the manager-my husband received your phone message and will be contacting you this week!
