I would like to share my gratitude for the outstanding service I received today, Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at Your Pet Center.
Cameron, your sales representative, went above and beyond to help me. While another staff member, an older gentleman, was unfortunately not courteous—in fact, rather rude—Cameron stood out in the best way possible. Even while assisting another customer, he patiently and cheerfully helped me find the right jackets for my dogs, and even took the extra step to check if they were on sale.
His professionalism, kindness, and genuine smile made my shopping experience a real pleasure. I walked out of your store with a smile on my face thanks entirely to Cameron’s grace, efficiency, and excellent customer service. He truly represents your store in the best possible way.
I am deeply grateful for his help today.
