I had a wonderful experience my first time at Toyota Chula Vista! I went in knowing I wanted a 2025 Toyota Corolla LE. There was one left in a beautiful color icy silver metallic. Frank Ortiz was an amazing salesman. He was smooth and extremely personal as well as professional which I love. He got me excited about the car even more than I was! We took a nice test drive and he explained prices and benefits of the car. He made me and my parent feel so comfortable and at home! This dealership is close to my home and I am so happy with the customer service there! After 8 years I finally have a car and I’m thrilled!

Update- 2nd car purchase at Toyota Chula Vista. Moe is an excellent salesman and spent a lot of time helping us pick the right vehicle. The process was straight forward and painless once we decided. No pressure, just a transparent and honest deal. My daughter loves her new car!
Going to a car dealership can be worse than the getting a root canal. Not at Toyota Chula Vista! No high pressure tactics, no hidden charges or overpriced mandatory add ons. Just a transparent and fair deal.
Roberto Vazquez helped me out and was knowledgeable on the product. Usually I know more about the car than the sales person, but Roberto knew all the tech inside and out. He was also honest and helpful.
This was a great experience and it was refreshing that the dealer was honest and transparent. Other dealers push hard sales and add try to trick you with hidden fees or add on things you dont need (looking at you nitrogen filled tires). This has always left me feeling like I've been in a battle all day.
If your looking for an honest car dealer, I highly recommend Toyota Chula Vista for your next vehicle purchase. This is how car buying should be.

I was just looking for information about my car and I asked him. Celia was busy with another client outside and he told me, “You have to wait for your advisor.” She showed me the documents she had in his hand from other clients and said, “Sorry, I’m very busy.” With a super rude attitude, I complained to Celia and she apologized to me for what happened. This shouldn’t happen to clients, especially because that was my first time I had a service at that location ,I hope somebody talk to him and that he changes his attitude this happen on July 7 around 1pm
