I purchased a candle for $14.99. The candle smelled great, but after 2 days, it would no longer stay lit. I returned the candle right away to the store, and was treated with rudeness, nastiness and disrespect by the Assistant Manager. Her name is Nancy, and she told me she couldn’t return it because I had used it. I reminded her that I was sold a defective item, and she said that my complaint was with the manufacturer, not Marshall’s. With alot of back and forth, she did return the candle. Moral to this story, I will never buy candles at Marshall’s again, and Nancy is rude and could have handled it differently.
