Returned a $90 kitchen trash can (I kid you not) my Mom bought earlier that was too big for her kitchen & too heavy for her to lift (I kid you not). We were greeted as soon as we walked in by the cashier closest to the doors. Very friendly, courteous & helpful. She let us deposit the mini-dumpster by the register & let us go back to pick out a more practical waste receptacle. We found what we needed (lots to choose from) & when we got back to the registers the same wonderful employee helped us right away, allowing us to skip the long line (Moms on her mind 80's & walking & standing are getting more difficult). Anyway, she refunded the difference and sent us on our way with a smile and a song (kidding, no actual song). I was quite impressed with the customer care we received. I've found it's not the norm in a lot of retail establishments. Whoever is running the show in the Fairmount Marshalls is doing a bang up job. I'll now shop there in the future & I freakin hate shopping.
