Read MoreI shop here almost daily. It's really like the neighborhood corner store--that's not really around the corner--of this area. It's kinda just the thing to do. I always get pretty much the same items when I go, it's almost as if it's part of my routine. What really sold me on Parkway though, I must say, are simply the unique moments I've experienced with the owners that run the store. Like, the time when it had rained really really hard and I got soaked and Sam offered me a dry t-shirt and the very jacket off his back. He became almost like a surrogate grandfather to me at that moment, and that's just to name one incident. And, I know I'm not the only one who feels like they have been looked out for by one of the guys, especially Sam. I guess, when someone really gives back to the community in the way that he does, the community really wants to give back too, because they get it. Thanks for caring! Thanks, Sam!!!
