Major RV Sales in Hesperia

I was hesitant to buy our family’s new Toyhauler, a Genesis Vortex 1915LE at our local RV dealership. Jeremy was very helpful in showing us a couple of units and and let me take measurements of the cargo area so that I can fit a 4 seat side by side (2021 RZR XP 4 Turbo). It was a very positive buying experience for us and my wife and I were very pleased with both the sale and service departments as they also sold and installed a brake controller and anti-sway hitch on our tow vehicle on site. Great job to all. Update: I had an issue with my AC unit Steve and Adam (Service Dept) resolved the issue very quickly.

Research:Save yourself the headache of visiting the other 2 RV dealers in the area. Ultimately decided on purchasing a Forest River Sandstorm 272GSLC. Originally saw this trailer at Family RV in Ontario only it was $12k more. Did some research and found MajorRV had the exact same trailer and came with everything we wanted unlike the other one.Lot Experience:Came down first thing Monday morning and ran into Jeremy, told him what we were looking for be told us what brands he had on the lot and explore any trailer you like. There wasn’t that predatory salesperson hovering over you. We were able to go into each trailer see what other options were available before we went to the Sandstorm. Once inside and looked around we located Steve, he went and got a battery pack and showed us all the in’s and out’s of the unit. Legitimately you can tell he loves what he does. He has such an excitement about every single trailer. Even if we weren’t looking at a particular trailer or style he encouraged us to come inside and look around. It was actually kind of fun seeing all the different things being loaded into these units. While we continued to look at the Sandstorm, a Vortex had just been delivered that was literally the exact same style length etc etc. He had his guys move some other trailers and got it set up so we could see and compare. No pressure to buy this one over the other or anything that remotely felt like that. After looking over the Vortex we still wanted the Sandstorm. We started the paperwork and trade process that day.Pre-delivery:We went back Friday afternoon and Steve gave us some yellow dots, allowed us to do a detailed inspection of the trailer alone for any issues that we saw needed to be fixed or addressed. After that he went over our issues. He advised they would be fixed and addressed before we took delivery the following Friday.Delivery:We arrived Friday morning, our Sandstorm in the service area, hooked up to power and water. First thing, Steve showed us all our yellow dots to ensure they were addressed and fixed to our satisfaction. Once we gave the Thumbs up Steve began the whole walk through and delivery process. He gave us tips and pointers to ensure we get the most out of our trailer. He also provided us with maintenance tips to ensure we don’t end up with costly repair bills down the road from our negligence. Once completed I went to eject the DVD they had playing to show us that literally all the systems were working, the DVD failed to eject. (A Furrion issue, not Major’s) Steve advised he would get the issue resolved while we did Finance paperwork.Finance:Jeremy , was ready to get us signed, sealed and delivered as quickly as possible. He didn’t try and push all the extras you usually see from other dealers (paint protection this, security tracing that, etc etc) the only additional thing he sold us was an extended warranty and that’s because we asked about that from the start. He worked with us and got us an amazing rate, that has literally been the lowest I’ve ever seen for a recreational vehicle.Departure:Upon leaving Jeremy’s office, we walked out to our new trailer. It was hooked up to our truck and ready to drive off. Unfortunately Steve was not able to remedy a fix for the Furrion DVD system and had to order one (not a big deal). It will get replaced when they do another installation for a product that I wanted.Discretion:Steve and Jeremy wear many hats at this dealer and are extremely busy. BUT they never made us feel like we were second, if Steve or Jeremy got pulled away for something else they apologized, and when finished came right back to check on us.The prices are the best I have seen throughout California searching from Modesto to San Diego they have the best prices hands down. The original dealer we visited said they would work on the price for us but said there wasn’t anyway they could come down as low as Major.Give this place a try, we did and we’re not disappointed.

We purchased a new Genesis Supreme Vortex 3219VXL and received excellent customer service. We initially had another toy hauler in mind but Brandon took the time to discuss our wants/needs and then allowed us the time to take everything in to consideration and make a decision. He gave a very thorough walk through leaving no stone unturned.I'd also like to mention that the guys who helped prep the trailer were also very helpful. I asked them for their impressions of each trailer and their information was invaluable in helping us make a decision.I had my fifth wheel hitch installed while they prepped the trailer and I was literally beach camping the next day.I highly recommend Major RV. It's worth the small amount of time to head up the hill from the "big box" dealers.

Excellent customer service. Exceptional communication without drama or excuses for mishaps; if any at all. No one pressured or tried to persuade us to buy any extras. The service tech we did our walk through with fully covered and thoroughly explained how everything works. He explained what to do and also what not to do.I would definitely recommend Major RV if you’re looking to find your new home away from home.

We just bought our second trailer from Major RV in 5 years. The first was 2019 Rockwood 2509S TT and the second was 2024 Rockwood 301RK fifth wheel upgrade. The point is we came back to Major RV for the upgrade because of their excellent service. We were always treated well and felt well cared for. Jeremy, Steve and Tony are the best. Thank you guys. I’m so impressed with Major RV!! Not at all like the other big RV places we’ve dealt with in the past. Jeremy was great to deal with! No pressure while we were looking! I’m always on edge and Leary about salesmen.. we got our coach for the price he quoted, (not a single hidden fee or attempt to add on any shady after purchase gimmicks) the buying process was smooth and not a single hiccup.The walk through was just as amazing! Steve is the man! He was really knowledgeable and took his time to teach us (yes, the whole fam) all about our coach and answered all of our questions with a great sense of humor and an easy going personality. We left the dealership feeling knowledgable and excited to use our new home away from home. Major RV sales is a great place to choose! All the employees here are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Specifically Jeremy, Frank, and Steve, they were all great individuals throughout my purchase and all were very patient. I have visited many RV deal ships in the past, although this location is by far the best one for sure throughout all aspects. Not only is the service great but they also have quality RVs and a wide selection. I will definitely be looking forward and returning back to them in the near future!!

Everyone on the team was super helpful throughout the whole process. There was no games when it came to pricing. When it came time to drive down from Vegas to get our trailer deal done. Working with Jeremy getting the sale done was an easy process and then Steve on the service side was great with our walk through and making sure our truck was setup correctly and safely for our drive. Would recommend them to anyone.

This is our second trailer we have purchased for Major RV. We have shopped around, and could not find better customer service. Tony, Melissa and there crew are the best. Great experience both buying and service. Jeremy walked us through everything during the buying process and was very patient as we asked all our questionsand looked around. I went to several other dealerships and this is by far the most fairly priced in the area for both accessories and the unit itself. Steve in service is also great to work with. I purchased my trailer about a year ago and he will always fit me in within a couple weeks at max. I referred my friend who recently purchased a trailer there and he also had the same great experience with Jeremy. When I need a new trailer or fifth wheel several years down the line, I hope to return here.

Friendly and knowledgeable sales and financing staff, excellent products and prices!We worked with Steve and Melissa. Steve took care to understand our questions and show us all the features of our new trailer. He gave us trailering tips and treated us like family. Melissa helped us find great financing options and even saved us money by explaining our insurance coverage. She was fast working through all the information and forms we had to complete but didn't rush us and gave us explanations of everything we were signing.We had our infant son with us and they were patient and accommodating when we needed to feed or change him, or when he decided to "ask his own questions" quite loudly. They were even so kind as to offer us bottled water while we shopped, and completed the experience by hitching it up for us to send us on our way.We highly recommend buying your next trailer or RV from these folks!

We purchased our travel trailer from Major RV. Steve was our salesman he was awesome. He took the time to go over everything with us. I will defiantly send all my friends and family here. They have the best prices in town. The finance department was great too. Major RV went above and beyond our expectations. GREAT SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND!!!

I needed a generator adapter that I was beginning to think was made of unobtainium. I tried 3 other RV places, and 2 retail hardware stores. I saw Major RV while heading home from 1 of the retail hardware stores.I stopped in, and in 10 minutes, my adapter was ordered, and other items that I need, were found through their distributor.These folks are good at their job, and I'll be back again. Now I know where to go first!

The staff at Major RV are top notch and exceptional. They were upfront with the Toy hauler we bought and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. Our overall experience was comfortable and there was never any pressure to something we didn’t want to do. Jeremy was excellent with keeping us updated on the planned arrival of our Forest River Sandstorm 242slc and stayed with us until the final signature. Ron was super friendly and helpful with showing us the features of the trailer and doing the initial paperwork. Ask him about his 3 year old Labrador 😊 Kenny was outstanding with getting us set up with all the necessary items we’ll need once we start camping and was a pleasure to work with. Melissa was very personable and down to earth while doing the financial part of everything. She really cares and wants to see their customers happy and be able to get what they want, and at a great rate!!! We’d give Major RV 6 Stars or whatever the maximum amount of stars can be given. We went to them of a family referral and we’ve already referred all our friends and family that are looking to buy toy haulers or travel trailers.

Ron was awesome he let us take our time looking at all the trailers. He made us feel comfortable and not pressured into buying anything. We decided on the 2021 Attitude and we are VERY HAPPY. When we got it home we realized we didnt have the key for the undercarriage. And they sent out one of their workers Jaime to bring me the key. A hour drive for them. And we really APPRECIATED THE Customers service. I highly recommend this place.

This place is amazing! Ken is a parts wizard. When no one in a 100 mile radius had a discontinued replacement fridge handle for our 5th wheel, he made two sets magically appear and I bought both! The sales and service team is just as incredible. When we went in to get our new coach, they took the time to answer every little question we had. On delivery, the walk around made sure we understood the new rig inside and out. Jeremy runs a tight ship with Ron and the rest of the sales team always friendly and knowledgeable. Don’t be afraid to ask Steve for a helping hand with the nuts and bolts of things, he knows a ton with the inner workings of these coaches and will always be ready to lend a helping hand. If I could give Major RV 10 stars, I would! Prices so good that going down the hill to get ripped off disappears as an option, sales and service staff that makes you a Major customer for life!!!

Not great experience, I was on the lot last week and a salesman just said feel free to look around. We did and we found one we liked and went home and did all research and financing online. Salesman Jeremy called and got it started. Came in Saturday to do more research and sat down with Jeremy and signed papers, pretty straight forward with the exception we didn't get things prior discussed and wasn't offered things I've always gotten before. Steve did the walk around he was great. All and all I've had much better experience at other dealers. Wasn't impressed.. sorry

We were new to the camping world and had interest in buying a travel trailer so we went to Major RV. We searched all over California and nearby states but Major RV had the best price.Our salesman Gerson was genuine and very helpful. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and we never felt pressured to buy. The purchasing experience was pleasant and there were no games or hidden charges. We were pre- approved for a pretty good interest rate and Jeremy was able to find us something better. I highly recommend Major RV!!

I had a great time today purchasing a camper at Major RV in Hisperia. The whole staff were wonderful with excellent people skills. Their knowledge on the travel trailer I purchased was above my expectations and “Ron” answered just about every question I had concerning my travel trailer. More importantly, if he didn’t have an answer, he immediately asked one of his coworkers who was more than happy to answer the question. This is my first travel trailer and believe me when I say this. The staff at Major RV made me feel right at home! They have the best prices in town and mechanics on hand if you need them. Thanks Major RV, and you guys will be seeing me again!

My wife and I were looking for a Toy Hauler and did plenty of research as this was our first trailer. We dealt with a couple of other dealerships prior to going to Major. We were specific with our price point and what we wanted. We were told they could work on the price. After driving for hours, we found out this wasn't the case. In addition to no flexibility, the wanted to charge thousands of dollars for "PDI" and heavily "marked up" the price for the battery as well as the sway bar/weight distribution system. After almost giving up, I contacted Major through email. I was answered promptly by Jeremy. He advised that the price listed was the lowest they could do. This was refreshing, as I knew the price going into it and didn't stress about having to "haggle." He gave a full breakdown of out the door pricing, in writing. After looking at the price quote and comparing to other dealerships, I found their price to be better than anywhere else I looked. The only issue I ran into was after driving an hour and a half on a Sunday to look at the trailer, Jeremy told me their financing was closed and we would have to wait till Monday. He called back on Monday and advised us the financing went through and we could pick it up. We went on a Friday, which was Jeremy's day off, and met with Brandon who did the walk through. He was very thorough and provided helpful tips. While doing the walk through, Jeremy showed up to congratulate us and make sure everything was in order. April made the paperwork process a breeze and we were out the door. Overall I am very happy with the service provided. The staff was very helpful and I never felt pressured into buying. They didn't "hover" over us as we were looking around, but were available for assistance when needed. I would definitely refer them to anyone wanting to buy a RV.

Before doing business with Major RV, I visited 2 other RV dealers in the Inland Empire. My experience with Tony and Jeremy was very pleasant. The price was also better than the price I was quoted at the 2 other dealerships that I visited before. When afterwards I had a minor issue with the toy hauler I bought, they were very quick to help me. I am very satisfied and I highly recommend them if you are looking for an honest RV dealership to buy your RV.

We have been looking at travel trailers for months. We had never been to Major RV, but we saw online they had one of the trailers we were considering in stock. We went in and looked, bought it same day. Our sales memeber was Gerson and he made the entire process effortless. We had such an amazing experience that it just felt right, meant to be! We have already started sending our friends and family there. We got the best of the best in all areas. FIVE STARS!!

Awesome experience, I waited a while before giving a review because some places will be great to you until you buy it then ignore you, but not this place. Any question I've had or concern has been answered quickly. Brandon was my sales man and he took care of me found many ways to save me money on my 2016 sandstorm toy hauler and has been great since, even giving me his cell number in case I had a problem after hours, I would highly recommend major rv to my friends and family.

Tony took a lot of time to explain in detail how the travel trailers worked and what I needed and why, as a newcomer to RV/travel trailers this was very important to me. Melissa was one of the best process' I ever worked with and helped us through the paperwork process with great ease while explaining everything. I highly recommend Major RV, even if you are in Orange County like we where, it really did not take that long to get to Hesperia and the RV lot is super easy to find and is very close to a major food/shopping mall.
