Mahi is not only my favorite, but one of the best tackle shops period. It's not huge, as far as square footage, but if they don't have what you are looking for they can probably order it and have it fairly quickly. But the best part is the customer service. The owner, Billy, is one of the nicest, most honest, down to earth people I know. He doesn't make you feel stupid if you don't know something and is always open to just talking about your last trip.
If you are getting ready to go on a trip out something that you want to get outfitted for and don't know what you need, Billy will both know what you need and not try to oversell you just to make a buck.
They also do real repair, and that's a hard service to find. Say you have multiple kinds of reels... Avet, Shimano, and something else... It would be a pain taking them to each manufacturer for a time up prior to a big trip... But Billy can take care of you. That said, I encourage giving him a little lead time. He seems to be in high demand, so unless it's something simple I wouldn't try to drop a box of reels on him and needing them serviced by tomorrow.
Anyway, I highly recommend Mahi Tackle. Billy and his staff will get you set for you next fishing adventure!
