I bought a perfume set, Lorena offered/suggested to gift wrap it for me. She provided gift wrap options, took her time with me, and was multi-taking by being considerate of her surroundings by acknowledging other customers on the counter throughout the department while getting them assisted as she helped me. I felt I was taking up too much of her time.
Lorena's demeanor made me confident as I watch the way she honed her customer service skills while working under pressure. Lorena was relentless, very professional, and gave me the undivided attention I needed to complete my purchases. I asked how long she'd been working there she said "only a few months"; I can tell she's going to have a career with longevity no matter the field or at Macy's. Lorena Rodriguez in cosmetics is the kind of enthusiasm, integrity, and ethics that I look for to promote from within the company.
