My MacBook pro had swollen battery and "sticky" keyboard. They replaced the whole top case and put a new keyboard and touchpad in 7 business days as advertised(at another place they said 3 weeks). Also they were very responsive by email. Completely satisfied. Thank you!

Had a great experience at Mac 911 getting my keyboard replaced. It's been difficult to find Apple support during the pandemic but the folks at Mac 911 were knowledge, efficient, and friendly. I would definitely come back for any issue with my apple products.

Go to the apple store? Sure, if you want to wait in line and travel that far. If you need a new power cord, additional RAM installed, etc. this is the first place I go and have gone for at least 7 years.
