I recently visited this Lowe's location on Black Friday, and I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by 2 friendly staff. Afterwards I was kindly approached by at least 3 different positive smiling employees during my short visit, and each one was incredibly helpful and kind, in offering me help, checking up on my experience, and offering fun and interesting insight on items I considered and chose to purchase.
Despite the Black Friday rush, the staff were not letting customer service slip they were above average in this regard too. Even if it wasn’t a busy sale day I would’ve been impressed. I received a compliment and encouragement with my selections and experienced a level of general friendly niceness that truly made me feel valued as a customer. This quality in service staff today shouldn’t be so rare. This stores staff were at the time of my visit exactly how I hope all would be at every store.
It's clear that this Lowe's team works hard to provide excellent service every shift. They were attentive and their professionalism was outstanding. I felt seen, welcome, and confident that if I needed anything, the staff would go above and beyond to assist me.
It's been a long time since I've been so impressed with a store's customer service. I wish I could give them ten stars! Thank you to the amazing team at this Lowe's for making my shopping experience so positive.
