Given a Delivery date and some how, it didn't happen. Called store, lady didn't seem like she cared, said she was gonna give us a credit, never happened yet. 5 days without a Fridge is acceptable but for another 7 days because my delivery date mysteriously got switched. Brian our sales rep and the cashier, both confirmed the date of delivery. Stated that we were going to call Cooperate, the lady said, they will just refer you back to me, cooperate seemed concerned but received nothing from them. You would think, since lowes was in a competition amongst stores on customer service, they would have made it right, there were ways to get it to us, could have paid a little overtime Lowes. Come up with a better way to Communicate your Delivery schedule, starting with the sales staff on the floor, to the delivery staff, and to customer service. Should have came out first thing Sunday Morning, after you told us Sunday was full? I'm sure there was slotted time in your estimated schedule of delivery. BrIan, Thank You for your time, you were great to work with, unlike the other Dept. as I know you were wanting to win the competition.Making my First PaymentWent into Lowes with my purchase receipt, I was greeted at the customer service desk, I said I would like to make a payment on this purchase and handed the receipt to her, she than says, I need your lowes card, I explained, that when I purchased this item. I was told I could bring this in and make a payment, the lady than says, I need the card that was used, sorry. I than went to see about a manager, another lady says I will get one, five minutes went buy, no one, another 5 mins went buy and still no one, I'm standing by the service counter, and the lady that said she will get one, can see me standing there and offered no assistance. I called the Cooperate office, explained to them the issue, I was put on hold for a few mins, than was told that, they are right in not taking a payment without the card. Customer Service dept. needs better human interaction training, or not work in that department, if they are choosing to be nice to and help. I just found it funny that Cooperate and the store, can dictate a payment, but yet deny a payment and not make note that you might be late due to their payment processing procedures...NICE JOB ON CUSTOMER SERVICE LOWES OF KOKOMO..OUTSTANDING
