I ordered a Maytag Washer & Dryer on June 19, 2024. It was delivered the day after I moved into my condo. The original delivery men connected the appliances but failed to turn the water on. The original delivery man did not anchor the hose from the machine to the sink, he told me to have it anchored properly so the hose doesn’t splash water out of the tub onto the floor. As a result, I had another repair man anchor the hose a week later. On July 13, 2024, I ran a “quick wash” cycle as instructed by the manual. After that I attempted to wash several loads of laundry to no avail because the water pressure was not on fully as I kept getting a “lo Flo” error on the washer. After notifying the store several times I finally connected with the store manager who connected me to the delivery manager. The delivery manager scheduled service for July 19, 2024. My service person his name was Mike, he came in and immediately checked the water valve’s were not turned on, after that he ran a cycle and everything was fine. I’m extremely happy that my machine is working properly and I’m thankful for the service received on July 19,2024. Would strongly recommend that the original delivery drivers be retrained to ensure that the water is properly turned on and another customer doesn’t have to experience the same problem I encountered.
