I do not know about the Greenland Lowe's experience in general, but as for my experience here this evening, I would have to give 5 stars. I had Val, Adam and Megan help me with a Pick-Up order from online - an American Standard bathtub, drain and Jacuzzi-brand toilet. Val was the most helpful, as she managed my order from when I first walked-in. We ran into, simple but still, problems with locating the tub and toilet. Then Val wrangled-in Dave and Dave took over looking for my tub while Val worked on processing the payment. Then another problem, the payment didn't process entirely because of certain holds put on my order in order to protect from possible fraud because it's an online order that involved two deliveries from the supplier to Lowe's in Greenland (the toilet and drain were shipped to Lowe's for pick-up by me after I 'paid'online). So they needed another form of payment different than that used during the online order. Luckily, I had a card, but otherwise what that would have meant is the following: the tub had been charged correctly online, I could take that, but the toilet and drain would have been left behind because I technically hadn't paid for them online because of the hold process I described. To process my card, Val wrangled in Megan and she saved the day because she managed to get my card processed correctly for the remainder of the purchase without double-charging me for the tub and despite the computer's numerous rejections of my card because of, again, the issue with the hold process. This otherwise would have, again, resulted in the drain and toilet being left-behind at the stored unpaid for and up for grabs by someone else. Meanwhile, during all this, Dave was super busy being helpful putting my bathtub in my truck, and he also got Scott. Scott was great and set-off looking for my toilet because that hadn't been located yet. He managed to find it and wheeled it out and helped put it on my truck with Dave while Megan had finished my transaction and had me sign-off. It was a long experience, but it all turned-out correct. That's what matters to me. So for that I give 5 stars. I'll be back for sure.
