I’ve visited Loves locations all across the country, and I can confidently say this one stands out. There’s a gentleman who oversees the propane filling station, making sure you don’t have to run back and forth to get assistance. His hospitality was exceptional. Inside, there was no shortage of staff to help at the register, making for a smooth experience.
The Subway inside deserves a mention as well. Virginia crafted one of the best sandwiches I've had, thoughtfully placing all the meat on one side and the veggies on the other, making it easy for my son and I to split. She even gave me a sample of the banana peppers because I wasn't sure how spicy they would be. It's these little touches that make a big difference.
The overall atmosphere here was welcoming and pleasant, especially for a truck stop. Parking was plentiful, and they offer an RV dump station for just $10, which is half the price of the nearest regional park, where it’s $20 as of January 2025. A solid stop all around.
