Special ordered a 2025 R3 Lincoln Nautilus hybrid from Loveland Ford. From the moment I first walked into the dealership until I took delivery of the vehicle - the experience was GREAT! They took exceptionally good care of me, kept me apprised of the order status, and made the whole experience very pleasant. Got the exact car I was looking for. *** 8/26/2025 follow up. Scheduled my 1st service appointment with Loveland Ford. There are no Lincoln dealers in WY, which is why I purchased my car from them. Drove 60 miles from Cheyenne, WY to Loveland, CO and arrived 30 minutes early for my appointed oil change and software recall. For some reason, there was a SNAFU with the appointment in the computer. These things happen. Met with Joshua Anderson ( Master Lead Service Consultant) and he asked me to give him a few minutes to figure how to fix the problem and take care of me. Shortly thereafter, he told me he had the situation in hand, but didn't want me to wait for hours at the dealership. Josh arranged for me to have a beautiful 2024 Lincoln Navigator for the day. I left the dealership, had a relaxing lunch and explored Loveland, CO. Went back to see Josh around 3 pm. Car was still being worked on. Rather than ask me to wait longer, he told me to take the Navigator home to Cheyenne, WY and Loveland Ford will finish up my 2025 Lincoln Nautilus R3 Hybrid and deliver it to me 60 miles away and swap back for the beautiful 2024 Navigator tomorrow. Spectacular customer service is alive and well at Loveland Ford. Thanks!
