My husband has been loyal customers of your car wash service for a long time and have always appreciated the quality and efficiency. However, our recent visit to the Decoto Rd, Union City, CA location on June 8th around 9 PM left us deeply disappointed.
When we entered the car wash using our app subscription, the system malfunctioned, leaving our car covered in soap after just one cycle. We approached the cashier for assistance, and while they were unable to help directly, they kindly called a coworker for support. Unfortunately, the coworker’s behavior was unacceptable:
Upon arrival, he slammed the cashier counter, which we initially dismissed, thinking he might simply be tired.
He threw down a clipboard in front of us and briefly checked the computer.
Without explanation, he rudely threw a pen toward us and demanded my husband sign something.
Uncomfortable with his behavior, I calmly expressed that we were dissatisfied with his attitude and asked for his name. He curtly responded that it was "none of my business." After further inquiry with other staff, I learned his name is Jo (or Joe) and was informed that this kind of behavior is not uncommon for him.
As loyal customers, we believe that we deserve to be treated with respect, especially when we are politely seeking assistance. Such behavior raises questions about the standards of “Customer Service” of Jo(or Joe)
We kindly request that this issue be addressed to ensure that other customers do not face similar experiences.
Thank you for taking the time to review this matter.
